How to Order
As you browse through our plant database you can use the Add To Basket button to add the current plant to your order. You can then review or amend your basket (by clicking on the View Basket button) before completing your order. There are a number of ways to complete your order:
- If you would like to pay online click on the "checkout" link to review your order and submit your payment details.
This area is encrypted to protect the security of your data. You will receive an email to let you know that your order has been submitted to our system, followed by an email from a member of staff to confirm the order (this will occur once stock and despatch dates have been verified). Payment will not be taken until you have received this confirmation.
- If you prefer to send your payment details by fax please click on the "order form" link, print the form that appears, complete your payment and personal details and fax to 01506 858155.
- If you prefer to pay by cheque please click on the "order form" link, print the form that appears, complete your personal details and post, with your cheque, to Binny Plants, Binny Estate, Ecclesmachan, West Lothian, EH52 6NL.
Telephone orders are also welcome and if your web browser does not allow cookies (required for the Basket system to work) you can use our standard order form (pdf file) to complete by hand.

Payment can be made by Cheque, Postal Order payable to Binny Plants or Visa, Access or Mastercard.
Please note, we only send plants Mail Order from the end of September till the end of April. At other times orders must be collected from the nursery. Gift Vouchers can be sent all year round.
Postage is charged at a flat rate of £7.50 no matter how large the order to most areas in the UK. Mail charges to Highlands & Islands, Ireland. I.of M., Channel Islands and north of Dundee (except Aberdeen City) are charged at a flat rate of £17.50. This is the carriers rate and not my choice. See the list of postcodes this applies to below. I will however keep it at £7.50 for orders over £60.00. If you wish to collect please remember to put your phone number on the order form and we will phone when your order is ready.
We do not send alternatives but if you want us to do so please indicate. If paying by cheque please leave the amount blank and write "not exceeding......." (the total value of your order) at the bottom of the cheque. This is the simplest and best method. A photocopy of your completed cheque will be sent to you with your order.
